At Death Moth Studio Salon, we value transparency, intention, and a collaborative client experience. The following policies are in place to protect both our time and the quality of service we provide.
All Sales Are Final
All services are non-refundable. Each appointment reflects time, expertise, and professional product use, and for that reason we do not offer refunds on completed services.
Adjustments & Refinements
We want you to love your hair. If something feels off, please let us know.
Adjustments must be requested before leaving the salon or within 72 hours of your appointment
Refinements are offered at our discretion and do not include refunds
Services like quick dry cuts or simplified appointments may require additional booking time for full refinement
Service Approval
By completing your appointment, you are confirming that:
Your service has been performed as discussed during consultation
You’ve had the opportunity to review your hair before leaving
You are satisfied with the outcome or have declined additional adjustments
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time services are completed. By providing your payment method, you authorize Death Moth Studio to charge for all services rendered.what services do you offer?

Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We ask that all concerns be brought directly to us so we can make it right.
By receiving services at Death Moth Studio, you agree not to dispute or reverse charges for services that have been completed and approved.
In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide appointment records, service details, and signed agreements to your financial institution. Clients remain responsible for the full cost of services rendered, including any associated fees.
Right to Refuse Service
Death Moth Studio reserves the right to refuse future services to any client who violates our policies or attempts to dispute completed services.
