Booking FAQs

  • All services booked require a minimum booking fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • You can cancel anytime using your client log in outside of the 48 hour window. Cancelling within the 48 hour window requires 50% of the scheduled service fee to be charged/invoiced.

  • You may cancel a service the day of. However, a cancellation the day of will result in the full service fee being charged/invoiced so please avoid this.

  • If you no-show more than twice you will be dismissed as a client and billed for both services. If you would like to remain a client you need to fully pay off your balance before scheduling and to avoid a collection.
