Each stylist accepts payment for their services on an individual basis. This excludes retail products.
what is package pricing?
Package pricing is an all inclusive price for most services that includes Product usage, Wash, Blow dry, Haircut and Ironwork.
do you accept afterpay?
Afterpay is accepted for services and extensions. If you are not an existing client, fill out this form. Payment with afterpay will be due at the time of service in person. Client must set up account and verify billing information prior to service. Afterpay is not accepted for online self scheduling.
how long does a toner last?
Toner longevity lasts depending on the frequency of washes, quality of products, heat styling and sun exposure but typically lasts between 4-6 weeks.
where do I park?
Free street parking is available along Buena Vista and Brazos.

how does the virtual appointment work?
Your stylist will verify the best form of contact for you. iPhone or instagram video chat are available.
when should I book my next appointment?
For gloss toners: 8 weeks in advance
Partial Foilyage: 8-10 weeks in advance
Full Foilyage: 10-12 weeks in advance
Haircut: 8 weeks in advance
what products do you use?
We use Olaplex, K18, Schwarzkopf, Kenra, Cult+King, Kevin Murphy, Moroccan Oil, Guy Tang, Redken, Innersense, Iles Formula and AG hair.
do you require a deposit?
Each stylist has their own payment processing system! All services booked with Connie require a minimum booking fee of 50% of the service cost.
how long is the cancellation window?
You can cancel anytime using your client log in outside of the 48 hour window. Cancelling within the 48 hour window requires 50% of the scheduled service fee to be charged/invoiced.
can you cancel the day of a service?
You may cancel a service the day of. However, a cancellation the day of will result in the full service fee being charged/invoiced so please avoid this.
what happens if i no show?
If you no-show you will be billed the full service amount. In order to schedule another appointment in the future, you will need to pay the cancellation fee of the full service amount. If you no show more than once that will end the professional relationship.
All service sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
